Mugs

Written by: Artistic Aspirant Arianis Obuun-Seir
Date: Sunday, November 13th, 2011
Addressed to: Percival, the innkeeper

Steam that spills up
From a mug of warm chocolate
On a cold winter's night-
Where emotion is
Or never was.
Sipping its
Warmth
And I feel
The whiteness
Against my cheeks
Chasing away
Something
Cold, Old
And
Once more,
Making me
a small
child.

Penned by my hand on the 24th of Chronos, in the year 581 AF.
