It was to Ashtan that the young messenger came first. Carrying a missive from Uacyll, the Emissary of Air, his request was answered by Dunn Lichlord, Warlord of Ruin, and Oracle Ascendant Ryldagh Valeth. Journeying to the embassy, the pair spoke with the ambassador for the Western Wind, and learned what the embassy sought from them.
It was time, Uacyll spoke in a voice of chiming winds, for the embassy to be restored. Now that groundlings had shown good faith in restoring what they had broken, the ambassador instructed them to speak with the Emissary of Earth, Ulghoch. It was, after all, Earth who were of the greatest awareness in matters of construction.
Ulghoch, ponderous of thought yet implacable in his direction, greeted the pair, and instructed them that others might join as representatives. Before long, Krypton Urth'Auren, Farrah Roualt, Kiet Aristata al-Azhan, and others had joined the Ashtani before the ambassador. Ulghoch recommended that the Primes seek out the tash'la, for the people of the Kelstaad had aided in construction on prior occasions.
Traveling to Qerstead, negotiations began with the town's governor, Tohmtesh. Reluctant at first, through the foresight and persuasive arguments of the Achaeans present he was convinced to provide assistance. He would help provide workers to the embassy in exchange for fair payment, an arrangement of provision for the necessary commodities in rebuilding, and the release of certain stockpiles held by Earth.
Over the next month, as adventurers developed and submitted designs to assist in the final conceptualisation, Tohmtesh and called in favours from the settlements surrounding Qerstead, securing the aid of Bantaishe, one of the finest Kelstaad architects, along with her sturdy crew. Dunn and Farrah, joined by Ahmet Ter'sez, escorted the builders to the embassy where they would begin their task.

Summary: The ambassadors of the elemental planes, now possessing evidence of good intentions and faith from Achaeans, sent a request for representatives in beginning reconstruction of their ruined embassy. Through negotiation and provision of materials, adventurers were able to secure the agreement of tash'la builders for the rebuilding.
