The ominous clattering of bones and the frightful moans of the undead shattered the eerie silence blanketing the Underworld. Electricity crackled across the surface of each faction's portals as they gradually flared ironically to life, powered by a sudden surge of energy linking them to their counterparts upon Sapience.

One faction after another, the overland walkers intruded upon the domain of Undeath, intent on establishing and securing their camp boundaries in the unholy kingdom. With insufficient supporters defending the grounds, the bases of each contender had been overrun by the inhabitants of the land.

Travelling to their instruction boards, adventurers of various allegiances began scouting the land, seeking out blocks of jagged stone to construct their guard tower. Under the direction of their organisational leaders, each contingent was ordered to appoint a General to rally behind, as well as to form plans and complete tasks to support the creation of a larger army.

Over the course of a single, intense month, the grounds of the Underworld grew slick with blood as the factions clashed in countless battles, the result of attempts made to hinder one another's progress in their respective war efforts. Despite active targetting by their enemies, the Apprentices of Ur'Vampires Prioska and Asztrik managed to achieve completion of their objectives first.

As Scarlatan rolled into Ero, an uproar rumbled from the Underworld as the legions of the Court of Zsarachnor marched into their secured staging grounds within Cor Triphyn, preparing for war.

Unwilling to be outplayed, the drums of war echoed from the Osterrych Citadel as the army of Ur'Vampire Gerzson and Death Knight Lord Kemnast swept into their secured barracks to plan for their next movements.

As of this date, 8th of Ero, 718 AF, two factions remain to secure their initial objectives. Only time will tell if they can succeed before the legions of their rivals arrive to conquer their territory.

Summary: Having successfully constructed their gateways into the Underworld, each faction was instructed to eliminate the undead occupying their camp grounds, acquire stone blocks for the construction of a guard tower, and assist in the formation of a larger army. The Apprentices of Ur'Vampires Asztrik and Prioska finished first, followed by the Court of Lord Zsarachnor and the Ur'Vampire Gerzson and Lord Kemnast.
