A sinking ship is not an usual sight for those attuned to the realm of Death, but when a previously unknown cargo ship called "The Golden Booty" went down in a sudden squall near Tasur'ke, more than usual took note.

As onlookers approached, they encountered a lone smuggler, lungs half-filled with water, who could barely speak. Though he was the only survivor of the shipwreck, and badly injured, his pressing concern was for the cargo aboard his ship. Some of it had washed ashore, he said, and it was crucial that he get it back!

Searchers fanned out, quickly locating and recovering the cargo, among them the sceptical Ellodin Longshanks, who was hesitant to turn over the goods without more information. Emphasising that they held supplies for his men, in exchange for returning the provisions, the survivor led Ellodin and the others into the nearby crystal caverns.

The party traversed the dimly lit caves until the secret location was found. Within the tunneled hideout, however, something was amiss. Strange and exotic beasts were running amok! The smuggler dashed further into the mysterious caverns to help his comrades, leaving the beleaguered adventurers to investigate the den for themselves...
