Timequake's Conclusion . . . or is it?

In the aftermath of the timequake, many intrepid souls set out to
uncover what changes were wrought in the land. Foremost among them were
Feliss, Deonymus and Firefox, who traveled far and wide and uncovered
several subtle changes in very unlikely places. Most intriguing of all,
though, was the possibility of raising the Lost City of Kasmarkin, once
the capital of a powerful trollish empire that predates the Selucarian
Empire. Several mortals received visions of warnings not to disturb what
was hidden.
However, another received a vision of a different sort--the mighty
troll, Lord Andelas Ikari, foresaw an occult power hidden in the depths
of Kasmarkin that was the strength behind the ancient empire's
greatness. With dreams of trolls reclaiming their ancient might and
power, Lord Andelas Ikari began a rabid campaign to ferret out how to
raise the lost troll city. But then came those who opposed him and any
who sought not to heed the dire warnings. Notably, Dresden, Cosmo, Apoc,
as well as others, battled fiercely at the site of the newly discovered
statue in the Mannaseh swamp, which seemed to be the apex of the
portents. But Lord Andelas rallied the Infernals to his cause, and along
with such as Zero, Yosi, and Tont, managed to maintain their hold at the
statue and drive off any opposition. But they were no closer to raising
the lost city.
Finally, Lord Andelas turned to the Occultists, keepers of ancient
knowledge, to solve the mystery posed by the sunken city. The renowned
Occultists, Lady Silverstorm Trismegistus and Shakti Devi, soon figured
out the magics involved and raised the Lost City of Kasmarkin. Ghostly
voices greeted them and plagued them with warnings to leave before death
found them. Undaunted, Lord Andelas Ikari, along with his Infernal
battalion, swarmed over Kasmarkin, seeking out its secrets. Soon they
discovered an artifact, magical yet not complete. With thoughts of power
and glory in his mind, Andelas led the efforts to complete the
artifact's construction.
Meanwhile, Silverstorm and Shakti, unsure of Kasmarkin's secrets, spent
their time in research, and uncovered many mysteries. It appeared that
an ancient force was trapped within Kasmarkin that had granted the
trolls power, though that force soon subjugated the trolls to its
desires. A group of troll magi, perhaps the most powerful in history,
constructed an artifact that would bind the ancient force, but that
ancient force of occult power destroyed Kasmarkin before the artifact
could be completed.
When Silverstorm and Shakti realized that, in completing the
construction of the artifact, Lord Andelas was trapping the power he
sought instead of releasing it, they rushed to stop him and reverse his
direction. He must destroy the artifact, not build it up! But they were
too late, the artifact had already been completed and bound even more
tightly the ancient force within Kasmarkin. It also released a guardian
from the Crystal Plane, where the Goddess Lorielan still holds power,
though the occultists soon learned how to control even that creature.
So, now, for a time, Achaea is safe once again from the ancient power
that once created an empire and brought it down.
As a footnote in this history, the timequake also coincided with the
appearance of a very strange fellow named Silvestri Carnivalis with very
strange talents who seemed to believe he was living in the times of the
Selucarian Empire. Could he actually have been caught in a bubble of
time? Or is he simply a madman wandering throughout the land . . .
