While they spoke, Zsarachnor began to take a liking to the Paladin,
Trenia and told them that if she remained with him and became his
mistress that he would freely turn over the journal to them. They all
found this to be absurd and for a long while outright refused to agree
to such a thing. Finally after many failed attempts at slaying the
vampire, Trenia agreed to stay with him with hopes that she could save
more of her companion's lives by doing so.

With the journal in their possession, the group returned to Hycanthus
and upon giving him the journal, they were rewarded with the second
prism. Beginning to taste victor, the Shallamese group traveled back to
Belladona's keep and battled the mighty dragon, dealing death to the
mighty in short order and receiving the key to the chest within
Zsarachnor's chamber and returned Azdun.
With key in hand, Jerle stole into the Vampire lord's chamber and stole
the prism from the chest before the vampire could react and quickly
began running from Azdun. Before they left the dungeon, they were able
to kidnap Trenia from the chamber also and with all three prisms and the
mistress of the Vampire lord, they returned to Handel's chambers to gain
further instructions.
As the group arrived and informed Handel that they had all three prisms,
he was elated and began to ponder the next step of the prophecy. Jerle
called upon his patron, Caspian for assistance and the Ocean Lord
arrived to survey the situation. Handel informed Pentharian that the
prisms were gathered and he also arrived and spoke to Handel, asking if
the prophecy was indeed true. When Handel answered that all things had
come to pass, Pentharian nodded and bid all in attendance to follow him
so that the ritual could be held. The amassed congregation followed him
as he created a portal and took them to the chamber know only as
Salvation, where the power of light seemed strongest.
