Selene, the Goddess of Love and Beauty

Having not slept for millenia, the Logos desired to nap for a handful of
days to ensure His full attention would be on the Year 350 events.
Dreaming deeply, He wandered near the edge of the abyss that lies at the
end of His imagination. And there He encountered something new: a dream
that did not pass, that did not flow away in the river of recollections
that make up the Dreams of the Creator.
This dream, this vision flickered in the mind's eye of Sarapis until it
became woman. And such a woman...The Logos was reminded of the small
part of Him that was once Proteus and that loved Lorielan with all His
being. And so, recognizing that Eros, the God of Love had to all intents
and purposes abandoned this land, but that Beauty and Love had blossomed
nevertheless, the Logos deemed Eros a dead God. He stripped the former
God of Love of His essence and infused it into the dream.
And thus we welcome Selene, Goddess of Beauty and Love to the world.
Penned by my hand on the 11th of Sarapin, in the year 350 AF.
