I made a bunch of changes today, mainly to the newbie introduction, but
some that affect everybody. I'm going to post all the changes anyway, so
that people who help newbies will know about them.

First, the changes that affect everybody:
1. You can (and in fact must) now specify how many lessons to use when
learning. You can learn up to 15 at once.

2. The number of required Tekura practices (for you monks) has been
drastically cut back. For instance, while Krull used to require 150, it
now requires 25.

3. You will no longer drop your gold when you quit or lose your link.

4. People under level 10 will no longer be able to join Arena events.
