Various things can have enemies now. Namely the Church, Clans, and
Guilds. They don't really do anything currently but maintain a list, so
don't get TOO excited. For the Church, it's accessed via the CHURCH verb
(see HELP CHURCH). For Clans, CLAN ENEMIES/ENEMY/UNENEMY (help
CLANLEADER under Investable powers). This means you should probably give
some positions that power, clan heads. For guilds, GUILD
ENEMIES/ENEMY/UNENEMY. Guild enemy lists are viewable by non-novices,
and enemy status changing ability can be seen via GUILD PRIVS.
