This is mainly intended to save both certain issue-filers the hassle of
filing issues that will be ignored, and us the hassle of deleting them.

If you are a frequent killer, then I can pretty much guarantee that we
won't take any issue about you being killed seriously. The reason is
simple really. Frequent player killers are the most violent people in
the land, and as such, we tend to just assume that pretty much anyone
has a reason to kill them. It's also intended as a balance. If you want
to PK a lot, then you have to accept the risk of being PK'd a lot.

Anyway, those of you who I'm posting about here know who you are, so
realy, just don't waste your time or ours please.
