I've lowered the eq time on phase and how long it takes to get into
phase. You serpents: Stop messaging me about 1) How it's not fair that
an eye sigil on the ground will pull you out of phase (because it will
not) and 2) How phase is (in the words of one serpent) "exactly the
same" as it was when you got pulled out of phase by other people in the
room. It would be exactly the same if people constantly threw eye sigils
at the ground wherever they were. Of course, they aren't going to do
that.
