1) The trans survival ability 'focus' now has a special focus balance on
it. I've reduced its mana cost to 250 mana/use.

2) In order to stop people ghosting into shops, or following in while
phased, I've created a new sigil which can be made by magi class types.
The eye sigil will, when thrown at the ground, be destroyed and bring
people out of phase. When laid on the ground, it will stop souls from
entering the room. So, put one in your stockrooms!
