The winners of the May contest have been determined.
For the Bardic contests:
1st) Mulkerrin, for a very funny history of the first few public posts
in Achaea. (read 1-10)
Runners-Up:
- Naiad, Niggurath, and Sansonnet
Merit Awards:
- Posthuman, Kiara, Jem
Artisanal contest:
1st: Vortigen (again!)
Runners-Up:
- Nerfarious, Ravana
Merit:
- Catlynne (note that her picture is actually an accurate painting of
what her actual Achaean grove looks like), and Llyre.
Incidentally, the way the contests work has been changed. Now, you get 1
point for merit award, 2 points for runnerup, and 4 points for winning.
If you have 1-3 points, you're an Apprentice, 4 points is rank #1, 8
points is rank #2, etc etc.
You get 50 credits for merit (instead of 25 like before), 100 for
Runner-up, and 200 for winning. Further, when you get 4 points, you get
an extra 100 credits. When you reach 8 you get an extra 200, 12 is 300,
16 is 400, and so on.
The entries will be on the web page by the end of tomorrow. HELP
BARDIC_CONTESTS explains how the contests work.
Penned by my hand on the 19th of Glacian, in the year 278 AF.
