Darn blackjack. It's kicking up a problem that we may not be able to fix
until Rapture is ready. It's a problem in the engine we use that also
caused us to long ago remove the ability to make multiple simultaneous
bets in roulette. In any case, blackjack has been disabled again until
we can get this fixed.
