Me being gone means, unfortunately, that no houses or artifacts are likely to get done before I'm back. However, in the case of artifacts, I'm likely to lower the price of artifacts when I get back as well as maybe change the way some of the 'new' ones work (which is the main reason I haven't gotten back to a couple of you who asked for stats on particular artifacts).
