I would like to point out that HELP PLAYERKILLING applies equally as much for the
helpless as for the strong. Tonight, a group of players was witnessed repeatedly killing another player, and forcing the victim to continually buy starburst tattoos (he was in Vinci's parlour at the time). This is nothing less than complete abuse and an obvious violation of the player killing rules. I highly doubt that the victim in question did anything to deserve that kind of ridiculous and dishonourable treatment.
