You can now purchase credits again via the website, albeit only
via United States personal cheque. I'm working on sorting out the credit card
situation, but unfortuantely, if it doesn't get taken care of today,
then it won't until Monday (these idiots apparently think that the
Internet closes on the weekend or something).
