By the way, the part of warstatus that deals with enlistment won't
really be accurate until a new month starts, and generally at
the beginning of each month will not be particularly accurate. This
is because the POSSIBLE field counts how many recruits have been
produced so far that month, while actual shows how many you have gotten.
Since some can be left over from last month, you will probably have
abnormally high (like over 100%) efficiency ratings at the beginning
of a month.
