We have made some changes to the ATCP output on Achaea. If you have no
idea what I am talking about, don't worry about it. If you do, then here
is what was done.

In short, you should longer receive double ATCP messages when moving.
You should only get one message on movement. If this is not the case,
let us know what you did so that we can test it. Also, if you are not
getting ATCP messages for rooms on movement, let us know. Please send
the problems to jeremy@ironrealms.com.

You will also find that we are now passing Room.Num with ATCP.
