Previously, forest defences were upgraded so that holocaust globes
dropped from the sky over a forest would be flung back into the skies at
forest enemies.

One unintentional side effect of this upgrade was that any holocaust
globe dropped in the forest, from any elevation, was flung back into the
sky.

This has now been corrected. If a forest enemy drops a holocaust globe
from the skies above a forest, the globe will be flung back into the air
by the forest defences. If a forest enemy drops a holocaust globe at
ground level, it will stay there and detonate as intended.
