Infamy and defiling the forests

I've just put forth a small change to the infamy system when using
attacks that damage nature. You will now gain infamy for the following:
- EXTERMINATION
- INFERNO
- Casting a HOLOCAUST that causes damage to the room.
These attacks are on the same scale as defiling shrines.
