All right, here we go. This is going to be a monster of an auction, with
28 individual items up for bid! We've got a plethora of rare artefacts,
many of which are completely new and unique for this auction and will
not be offered again via any means. We've got some normal artefacts up
for gold auction, not to mention other goodies such as a shop in Delos.

For GOLD auctions, you must have the gold at the time you place your
bid. For CREDIT auctions, you can use actual credits (bound), or you can
use escrow credits from artefacts you already own, or a combination of
both. Here's what HELP AUCTIONS says about escrow credits: "Escrow
credits aren't real credits! They just help you bid on things without
having all the bound credits on hand ahead of time. If you win the
auction, you will be expected to buy credits, or trade in artefacts, or
do something to raise your bound credits level to high enough to resolve
the auction." Let's not talk about the consequences if you fail to do
so; I assume all participants understand that bidding in an auction is
an ironbound guarantee from you that you are willing to pay the price
you bid in a timely fashion. Winning bidders will have 7 RL days after
the close of the auction to resolve it.

All auctions will end roughly a week from when they began today, at the
Orphean Serenade on Saturday, August 9th at 5pm PST/8pm EST. (For those
of you in GMT, that's your midnight on Saturday.) Read HELP AUCTIONS and
the information for each auction carefully before bidding. If you have

Following is the full list of what is up for auction with a brief
description in the interest of brevity; if something catches your eye,

o Auction #1: a pair of Chenubian wings. Artefact wings that gain you
entry to all the same rooms as the Atavian and eagle's artefact wings,
but also a personal room of your own in the Clouds with 8 custom exits
of your own choosing, subject to approval.
o Auction #2: a Yggdrasian vial. Artefact vial with unlimited health
sips; never runs out!
o Auction #3: an ouroborean vial. Artefact vial to be filled with a
venom of your choice, after which it shall never run out!
o Auction #4: a solar plinth. Dramatically increase the grove energy
regeneration and maximum amount of energy your grove can store, above
even the Lupine plinth.
o Auction #5: a necklace of fluency. Comprehend AND speak all basic
racial languages.
o Auction #6: permanence for forged suit of armour or weapon.
Non-decay/resetting on a single forged item.
o Auction #7: a personal forge. Forge in the comfort of your own private
home!
o Auction #8: an iron-plated chest. Resets to you, only you can open it
and remove items from it.
o Auction #9-14: inkbrushes that allow you to ink tattoos and sketch
runes without the need for inks. One per ink colour.
o Auction #15-19: tarot cards that users of Tarot may fling over and
over again without losing them. Never inscribe a Universe card again!
The cards offered are: High Priestess, Aeon, Universe, Empress, and
Hanged Man.
o Auction #25: a bizarre metal apparatus. A personal venom-milking
device that allows a Serpentlord to milk into vials without a milking
room.
o Auction #26: an ankh of vitality. Grants its owner the power to use
the Vitality ability from Kaido and Metamorphosis.
o Auction #27: a cloak of many feathers. Grants its owner the power to
use the Track/Pursue abilities from Metamorphosis.
o Auction #28: a mantle of refraction. Prevent anyone from using grove
portal/gate, sonicportal, or track on you.
