As of today, we are allowing you to assign titles somewhat differently.
Formerly, you were alloted a fixed assignment of characters for your
prefix and suffix (30 characters for each.) We have done away with this
rigid system and now allow a "pool" of characters to be assigned however
you see fit.

What this means:

You may have a prefix up to 50 characters long.
-OR-
You may have a suffix up to 50 characters long.
-OR-
Any combination of the two!
