We have put in a rather large number of changes today, mostly "behind
the scenes" modifications and bug fixes, but a few that have some
relevance to a good portion of you. Details are as follow:

- Artefact / resetting quarterstaves will return the fist sigil to you
when used to PLANT QUARTERSTAFF, bringing it inline with their mundane
counterparts.

- PLANTing a regular QUARTERSTAFF in the arena will no longer make it
disappear.

- REJUVENATE will no longer use up elemental ice when in the arena.

- Dragoncraft REND, GUT and TRAMPLE no longer have free hand (claw?)
restrictions.

- Dragons can no longer wield regular shields, regardless of lesserform
class. (Shield of Absorption is exempt from these restrictions, as
always.)
