We have made some further modifications to the Dragoncraft skill,
details are as follow:

- DRAGONFORM is now significantly faster.

- Attempting to SUMMON your breath weapon while it is already summoned
will now give a message, instead of resummoning it.

- The time taken to SUMMON your breath has also been reduced.

- Costings for several abilities have been rebalanced, allowing further
longevity.

- BITE now uses marginally less balance per attack.

- DRAGONARMOUR OFF now requires balance and equilibrium, making it more
force-resistant.
