- if you try to SMOKE, without specifying what, or without
specifying something you really have, different things should
now be happening than they formerly did. This is especially
related to using the bare verb SMOKE to test for the
presence of asthma.

- quest gold payouts have changed somewhat, at least for the
payouts of a larger size. These larger payouts will now be
rather variable in their amount, though the averages will be
the same as before.

- ship owners are now able to specify a list of people who are
acceptable recipients of the captaincy by transfer from some
other captain. Turns out some owners were getting irritated
when they'd give the captaincy of their ship to someone, and
then that new captain would turn around and hand over the
captaincy to people not entirely trusted by the owner.
Imagine that!

- some dragons found that they could SPEAK DRAGON, then
enter LESSERFORM, and continue speaking it. No longer!

- a few more titles were removed, mostly related to allies
and enemies.

- shop policy for enemies was extended so that it applies
both to refusal of service and price gouging (!)

- mortal crafters got NEWDESIGN MATCH OWNER to list
designs by who owns them.

I'm sure there was more. Perhaps I'll remember later.
