either via the IDEA command or on the forums in the Golden
Dais of Creation.

OK, I lied. It really is too much. I'll just also mention
that titles should be removed from following messages, like
when x arrives following y, among many other things I've
run out of the patience to list here.

- CLEARALIAS ALL (this has an AGREE attached, and it's
not forceable).

- There is now a delay on attempting ENTER WILDERNESS.

- Ashaxei will teach the Dragon language now.

- shop owners should now be able to set a policy which
applies to enemies(*) - SHOP POLICY GROUP ENEMIES policy.
(*) = enemies are any official enemy of the city in which
the shop exists, plus personal enemies of the person who
owns the shop, plus org enemies of the House, City, or
Order of the shop owner, plus org enemies of the Church or
Oakstone, if the shop owner is a member of those.
