The resign command is slightly changed, and has a few new options:

RESIGN AS SOLDIER OF CITY - new syntax to quit as soldier
RESIGN AS <pos'n> OF CITY - new syntax for city leaders to quit
RESIGN AS <pos'n> OF HOUSE - new command for House leaders

For city ruling council members only (see also HELP CITY LEADERS)
we now offer a new option to have your way with private homes:

CITY FORCE DOOR <direction>

This will work for subdivision homes, only last a short time, and
be carefully logged and tracked.
