- The cost to post on the public newsboard has been increased to 5000gp.
Don't think of this as a price increase, though! Think of it as making
your words just that much more valuable, as assuredly they must be for
you to wish everyone to read them.

- You may now address news posts to sentient denizens, such as the Great
Mhunna or Angela, the mayor of New Thera.

- Gems of cloaking, when activated, now conceal city soldiers from being
shown in green on the lists of city soldiers.

- KEYLIST in Vision will now list the keys contained in any keyrings in
your possession.
