We will have a very short period of database maintenance
later today (or for those of us still in Tuesday, then
tomorrow morning).

This will be GMT 1500/3pm Wed, lasting probably on the
order of five minutes. Sorry! We had this originally
at 1600, but did not take into account London's being
1 hour off of GMT during summer. Fixed now.

During this maintenance, all messaging commands will be
disabled, which _should_ be the only side effect of the
maintenance.

The time for US Pacific time would be about 8:00 am
wednesday morning. US Eastern should be about 11:00 am.
