Two fixes related to magical/telepathic movement today:

- MIND THROWing someone through a blocked exit, whether that exit is
blocked by an icewall, a stonewall, or someone using the block ability,
will no longer work.

- Magically summoning someone who is off balance is okay; also having
everyone who is following that person follow through the summon, off
balance or not, is not, and has been fixed. So if someone uses vodun
summon to summon you, and you have Pete and Penelope both following you
and Pete has balance but Penelope does not, Pete will follow you
through, Penelope will not.
