Nirvana/inferno, devotion, this and that.

A few changes and fixes you may like to be aware of:
- If you QQ in Nirvana and you do not have Spirituality, or you QQ in
Inferno and you do not have Apostasy, you will return at Outside the
Cave. Like the similar mechanism that does the same to people who QQ in
shop stockrooms that do not belong to them, this is meant to prevent
potential abuse, and does not imply that all who QQd in such places in
the past were doing so abusively.
- Devotion users will be pleased to know that they will now gain a more
specific idea of their devotion level when using PERFORM ENLIGHTENMENT,
one that is more consistent with the way devotion costs are presented in
the AB files.
- Previously, I'd made it so that a ministerial change in a city no
longer wiped all aides to that ministry. It was brought to my attention
that a minister quitting a city still resulted in the firing of all
aides. No longer.
- Some Bards found the 'chant' ability missing in Voicecraft for a time.
Returned.
- Some Houses found persons not even in their House strangely taking up
positions and aideships within the House, generally after the suicide of
a House member in a position or aideship. This was fixed, and should no
longer occur.
- Swashbucklers were strangely able to riposte on attackers using ranged
attacks, riposting sometimes from several rooms away. No longer.
- No longer can use citytells while in a bed, using the city name
instead of CT.
- Strange and incorrect messages given when certain entities attached
themselves to a target, fixed.
- Some gold sovereigns have been severely chastised for their impudence
and will no longer be pretending to aid various cities' ministries of
culture in starting freeforalls, rampages, and other arena games.
- Recent reports of regenning health while a soul, possibly fixed.
Please report in detail if you notice this still happening.
- Interrupting a totem smudging in progress by starting to uproot
instead should now function correctly, by ending the smudging messages.
