House Icons will be unfrozen, and access to Nishnatoba re-enabled, upon
the serenade that marks the end of Sunday - i.e. Monday 0:00 GMT. At
that time, they will once again require strengthening with shards in
order to stay above 50% power. I will open the beta server for some
Icons testing during Friday.
