We're overdue for a game of CTF. Capture the Flag is a worldwide game
that pits city against city for the Effigy of Victory, a statue that
grants all citizens level 10 or higher within the city that holds it a
10% xp bonus whenever they gain xp. Eleusis currently holds the Effigy,
but soon, who knows?

The next CTF will be this Sunday at 8pm GMT. That's noon PST, and 3pm
EST. It will last 2 hours, ending at 10pm GMT. If you've never been in a
CTF, you don't want to miss this - it's an adrenaline rush for sure. If
