With the 7-seat city council transition having gone smoothly (at least
from the code angle), we are next going to implement variant forms of
internal House leadership which Houses will be able to choose for
themselves, such as tripartite leadership and sequential dictatorship. I
don't have an ETA on this yet, but we'll let you know more about it as
it goes.
