One major fix: House disfavouring/favouring was kaput. If you've
recently done either, it may have had no effect. It's now working.
If you've given out housefavours before this, you may want to redo.

Several major house structure changes:
After some conversation with House and soon-to-be-House leaders, we have
made several changes to the House structure.
1) READLOG, MEMBERS, and ENEMIES has been moved from HR1 powers to HR2
powers.
2) The ability to read full member news has been moved from HR3 to HR5.
You can still read the Newcomers' newsboard from HR1 on.
3) The ability to housefavour/disfavour has been moved from HR3 to HR6.
The reasoning is that in this new system, HR1-2 is basically the
equivalent of apprenticehood -- you do not even gain the ability to use
HT until HR3. So it seemed odd that you got the ability to favour so
quickly.
4) The biggest change is in the new house power called SPONSOR.
Basically, we've made a 2-tier process to gain full (or if you prefer,
call it "senior") membership in a House. The first tier occurs at HR3.
You can get housefavoured from HR1 to HR2, but you cannot get from HR2
to HR3 until someone with the SPONSOR power sponsors you. Then there is
a second tier at HR5. You can get housefavoured from HR3 to HR4, but you
cannot get from HR4 to HR5 until someone with the PROMOTE power promotes
you. House leaders, note that SPONSOR can be set as a power to
positions.

We're sorry to have to shift things around on you like this, but we're
basically triangulating on the best configuration for Houses in this
early stage. Better we do it now than later!
