As gratefully pointed out by one of our mortal volunteers, certain
persons were using the bookmaking system as a bank. Therefore We
introduce to you:
The OAGTFCG, also known as the Official Achaean Gambling Tax For
Cancelling Games.
Technically it means that when a bookmaker cancels a game, he/she will
receive 90% of the initial funds put in.
As you all know, the Achaean Gambling Tax helps poor denizens in
underdeveloped areas.
Kind regards,
Lord Prospero of the Wealth
Penned by my hand on the 16th of Mayan, in the year 394 AF.
