1. Elemental channel users can now BIND ALL and FORTIFY ALL if they have
binding or fortification in Elementalism or Healing.
2. Reduced the time it takes to open an elemental channel as well as the
time it takes to do them all simultaneously.
3. Reduced the time it takes to bind and fortify channels.
4. Nerfed knife sigils quite a bit. They are nowhere near as devastating
as they were previously, though now just opening a channel won't always
destroy a knife sigil on the ground. There's about a 25% chance that
opening a single channel OR doing simultaneity will destroy one.
