Some times the Weave's mysteries defy even the Weaver for a time,
for the warp and weft are as complex as life itself. One such case
has tormented me for thrice twoscore Achaean months, and again the
same time, and again once more.

Today I announce the hopeful overcoming of this defiance and
intractability:

- City guards should no longer attack through blackwind, astralform,
phase, and the like.

In addition:
- death by putrefaction should now produce clearer results, and
- soulcage should be effective, even should such a death occur.
