Being an enumeration of recent reweavings in the realms of Achaea:

- you should no longer be able to wield something if it is being worn.
- HELP HARASSMENT has an added note about otherworldly information.
- abilities scrolls have been changed somewhat: butterflybomb,
concussionbomb, dustbomb, smokebomb, webbomb, magic, scales, blight,
and swiftcurse.
- help scrolls have bee updated: curelist, emotionlist, experience,
newbiestuff, runelist, and following.
- attempts to sketch on items, rather than people, will now fail with
a somewhat more accurate indication of the failure.
- you should now be more clearly informed when wielding a 2-handed
weapon
- falcons can no longer retrieve from certain sensitive areas such as
parts of the Garden.
- cleave and behead should now ignore reflections.
