The next city vs. city capture the flag event is RE-scheduled for
Sunday, 29 Aug, 04, at 21:00 GMT (9PM) which is 2pm USA Pacific
daylight, or 5pm USA Eastern.

Duration is 2 hours.

This is being done because of all of the controversy surrounding
the most recent event.

I would like to apologise to you all who felt that I was treating you
unfairly at the end of the match. I stand behind my encouragement
to all 'whiners to recede' - which may apply to anyone, of any city,
but I denounce any implications that I was attacking any single group,
or, for that matter, wanting to stop reasonable inquiry.

I have listened to and acted upon reasonable inquiry, which I have
received from many sources, both the winners and the losers, and even
the bystanders in the event. Although nobody has the _precise_ numbers
as to the effect of the double planting, the potential of the value
of it is sufficiently close the winning margin to tip things in favour
of scheduling a rematch.

During the next CTF, even this freak event should not be possible.
