HELP SECONDS has recently been clarified somewhat.

Here's the relevant addition:
2) no adventurer may ever help any other adventurer of yours in ANY WAY.
(this includes having one adventurer do anything to advance the
interests of another. For example - if one of your adventurers is a
citizen of Ashtan, and would like to help Ashtan steal Shallamese
orphans, then creating another adventurer for that purpose would
violate HELP SECONDS.)
