Jaru is a free PK zone from now until we say otherwise.

This means no one who is killed in Jaru can issue or take
retribution outside of Jaru. No cause is gained. Anyone inside
the village is subject to the free PK.

This applies only to those rooms which survey as Jaru. Any cause
thought to have been gained from this conflict up to this point is
nullified.

We appreciate the efforts of the players who attempted to regulate
this situation as it is an event controlled by players, but it has
come to the point where it is needlessly complicated and apparently
detracting from the RP enjoyment of those players who are taking
part in this.
