It seems there was a bug in fishing whereby you could 'jerk pole' after
getting a nibble rather than a strike. It's fixed now. Let me explain:

When you get interest from a fish it'll be a nibble, a small, medium, or
large strike. If it's a strike, you can jerk pole to try to hook it. If
it's a nibble, you need to tease line to try to turn the nibble into a
strike. YOu can also tease line on a strike in order to go from a
small/medium strike to a medium/large strike. The larger the strike, the
greater the chance of jerk pole working.

Anyway, the bug is fixed, and this may fix the ridiculous payouts
fishing was giving, though we'll see.
