Achaean News
couple of changes/additions

1. There is now an 'honours brief' option. Just do: HONOURS BRIEF
<player> or HONOURSB <player> to get what is, in some cases (*cough
cough Asara cough cough*) a much shorter honours listing. Particularly
useful for the heat of combat when you need to find out if someone is
Mark or a member of a city or whatnot.
2. The number of issues you file against other people is now tracked. If
you are over 19 years of age or older, and have filed an average of more
than 1 issue against other people per Achaean year, this fact will be
reflected in your honours line. People are free to file issues, of
course, but certain individuals take great joy in filing 5 or 6 issues
against people over a -single incident-, which is a real pain for
admins. So, while you're free to continue to issue as much as you like,
other people are going to know who the "issue whores" are now. =) Please note that only issues you file against someone else count. Issuing yourself for other types of customer service will not raise your issue count.
Penned by my hand on the 9th of Lupar, in the year 366 AF.
