Vinci of Delos announces two new tattoos: Ox and Megalith!

In an excited state just moments ago, Vinci of Delos shouted out that
he had discovered new techniques. These immediately appeared on
his WARES list - the OX and MEGALITH tattoos.

He also announced that he was sharing these new techniques with all
true practitioners of the art.

The OX tattoo regenerates endurance.
The MEGALITH tattoo regenerates willpower.

Those practicing the TATTOOS skill will find these tattoos described
in more detail in their list of abilities.


MESSAGES - you will now be able to send messages while in the
prone/sitting/fallen position. Balance and Equilibrium will still be
required.
