It has been decided that if an individual takes it upon themselves to
spam another organization's logs (generally by depositing 1 gold coin
hundreds of times) then the organization has cause to kill them once for
each Achaean month that they do it in.

This means the organization as a whole gets 1 PK, not every member
getting PK. This sort of behavior is designed to annoy the organization
and thus the individuals doing it can accept the consequences.
