Here are some more classlead fixes/features. If you find any problems

TEKURA:
- Guild tutors can now offer formal grading up till the orange belt.
Just ASK <tutor> GRADING.

APOSTASY:
- Pentagrams will now have a consistent existence time and will give a
message when they disappear.

ELEMENTALISM:
- Stoneskin and Diamondskin effects have been reduced a bit.
- Efreeti duration has been increased.
- Casting Holocaust will take less mana.
- Exploding holocaust bombs will wipe all plant life from the room.
Concoctionists can find out who did it with NATURALISM.
- Viridians will now have the ability to wipe the venom off their arms
with WIPE ARMS.
