Here is the first list of changes I have put in as of now. If you find
any problems with them, please BUG it.

TELEPATHY
- EQ recovery time on mind epilepsy and stupidity should be less
- PsyCombat takes about 12 seconds to start up. Every move you make will
cause this start up to be canceled
- You'll be put on the floor if you were still flying or in the trees
when the PsyCombat starts

KAIDO
- Kaido Projectiles works not only on arrows but also on thrown weapons
now

TEKURA
- Dragon stance reduces EQ recovery time

APOSTASY
- Bloodworms will only attack your personal enemies, not everybody in
the room
- Daeggers will stay levitating while you are flying

CHIVALRY
- Falcon recall takes less time.
- You can now recall your falcon while indoors only if your falcon is
one room away
- Standing Firm will now stop Barge too
