Due to the fact that the combat rankings were largely filled with people
who simply refused to defend their rank (one of the top 3 people I
looked at, whose name I won't mention, hadn't fought a match since
October) we've decided to reset the combat rankings every otherworldly
month.

There is a new honours line that you'll get if you are #1 at the end of
a month, and it'll keep track of how many times you've been #1 at the
end of any otherworldly month.

Any attempted manipulation of this system will be considered cheating
and punishable at our discretion in the manner of our choosing.
